Andreas Hafemann (°ca 1958) is a German national-socialist militant from Augsburg. The former paint shop owner is a long-time activist for the National Democratic Party of Germany [NPD; Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands].¹ Hafemann is furthermore known for his obsession with firearms.²

In the summer of 2014, Hafemann helped set up the Oldschool Society [OSS] and subsequently served as its so-called president.³ Soon after the group’s formation, he and his associates started plotting attacks against foreigners in Germany. By January 2015, they had developed a concrete plan to bomb a center for immigrants in the Saxon town of Borna.⁴ After the OSS had acquired materials to construct the bomb, German authorities clamped down on the group. Hafemann was arrested by police in Augsburg on May 06, 2015.⁵ In March 2017, a Bavarian court sentenced him to more than four years in prison for his role in forming a terrorist organization.⁶
